 Como você fará a diferença?

Como membro da equipe de Produto de Components, você se tornará uma referência técnica de produtos de vagões e locomotivas para suportar o cliente com a introdução de novas tecnologias, acompanhar testes de novos produtos, liderar casos de garantia, análise de falhas, e procedimentos de reparo dentro das nossas unidades de montagem/reparo e nos atendimentos de campo.

 O que queremos saber sobre você?

• Formação Técnica em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Instrumentação, Elétrica, Eletrônica ou similar

• Experiência em manutenção de equipamentos mecânicos, eletrônicos

• Inglês básico (Inglês avançado será um diferencial)

Como será o seu dia a dia?

• Você fará parte do ciclo de desenvolvimento de produtos Wabtec, desde a identificação de uma necessidade até a implementação junto ao cliente, em parceria com engenharia, comercial e outras áreas. Seu foco principal será no atendimento direto às falhas de produto de vagões e locomotivas dentro do cliente, com identificação das correções e ações necessárias para resolução do problema.

• Você vai dar suporte ao time de especialistas e gerentes de produto na condução de análises de falha e melhoria contínua.

• Você fará atendimento de campo, acompanhamento de reparo nas nossas unidades fabris e será a referência técnica na tratativa de problemas garantia de peças aplicadas a vagões e locomotivas.
