Técnico de Mantenimiento 

     

Your task and Responsabilities:

Implement the maintenance plans and programs necessary to minimize downtime and failure rates, maximizing the productivity and effectiveness of the equipment and facilities.

Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns,Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance work.

Comply with the company's internal security guidelines. foster a safe environment when executing maintenance plans Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.

Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.

Manage the control systems of corrective and preventive maintenance activities on site.

Actively participate in the diagnostics / resolution of problems of the equipment.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.

Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.

Actively participate on executionof Processes Improvement projects.

Comply with the internal policies and guidelines of the company If is necessary, move to other sites in order to support maintenance operation or to receive training.

 

Who you are:

Engineering Degree Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.

Strong experience on mechanical and electrical installations.

Knowledge in automation or electrical control.

Strong experience technical problem-solving. Machine tool handling.

Digital skills and use area related software.

Solid welding skill in electric arc.

Knowledge in electronics components.

Knowledge in maintenance service to HVAC (desirable).

Knowledge in maintenance service to heavy machinery (desirable).
