As a Production Technician, you will manage resources according to norms and regulations to achieve plan production every day.

You will report to Production Manager.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate task of every production phase to guarantee production.

Supervise compliance to EHS norms, standards, and internal procedures.

Analize production's indicators to take the best decision

Assurance resources to the teams to fulfill its activities

Negotiate with internal areas to maintain good work relationships

Coordinate and evaluate people training to get profile certifications

Qualifications

1 year of experience in similar roles

Industrial Engineering in manufacturing processes

Knowledge in Lean manufacturing tools, operative excellence.

Basic English

Intermediate level Excel (can perform complex functions)

Availability to shift roles
