Técnico Operador de CNC / CNC Technician Operator

As CNC Technician Operator, this role will Implement Work Orders assigned by the Service Manager, ensuring compliance with area requirements and customer specifications. Manufacture machined parts, adhering to quality standards. Responsibilities include completing Work Orders, marking finished products, preparing reports, inspecting products, and supporting service execution. A minimum of 3 years of experience with manual lathes, milling machines, drills, and CNC machining centers is required. Basic AutoCAD skills and the ability to interpret blueprints are also necessary.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

 

Complete Work Orders assigned by the Service Manager. Mark processed or finished products based on Quality area instructions. Machine products according to specifications provided by supervisors. Prepare periodic reports on work you're doing. Report and follow up on the status of products to be machined or cut. Inspect products during the process. Support service execution activities within the Service Center. Deliver services according to the contracted scope, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. Ensure all services align with interpersonal safety and hygiene standards. Keep systems updated with the latest firmware to protect against any issues. Maintain the performance of assigned BU equipment and systems. Collaborate with and train less expert engineers. Report weekly activities and expenses. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support their automation and control needs. Provide technical recommendations to clients. Implement and follow Quality Management System procedures and instructions & record activities requirements. Identify deviations in documents related to the management system. Identify potential deviations in service center procedures. Address, follow up, and resolve assigned non-conformities. Report any equipment failures affecting daily service center activities. Maintain & Use service center equipment accurately to maintain integrity and avoid damage. Receive and inspect instruments returned from calibration. Report any instrument failures. Use instruments accurately according to their measurement ranges to maintain integrity and calibration. Conduct final inspections of serviced equipment when required, ensuring non-involvement in the process. Release serviced equipment after final inspection. Advise the Quality Engineer of any non-conforming equipment. Suspend activities if there is a risk to personal safety, others, or the facility. Request evidence for non-conformities or improper use or failure of equipment/instruments is observed.

 

Who You Are:

We are one of the Service Centers that support BUs in the Final Control division of Emerson Process, including manufacturing Fisher valve parts, assembling new equipment, Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs), and integrating shut-off valves for various industries.

 

For This Role, You Will Need:

proven experience of about 3 years as a Machine Tool Technician handling manual lathes, milling machines, drills, and CNC machining centers. Proven experience in tooling equipment. Proven experience in CNC equipment control and programming. Basic AutoCAD skills. Ability to interpret blueprints and handle tolerances. Proficiency in using measuring instruments. Willingness to work varied hours.

 

  Preferred Qualifications:

Basic/intermediate English proficiency. Experience handling MAZAK CNC equipment.
