Tétris, a subsidiary of the JLL Group, specializes in the design and development of professional work spaces. As part of its expansion, Tetris opened a new department in France dedicated to the distribution of furniture and accessories for all its customers and prospects in January 2017.

Role / Mission

Reporting directly to the Furniture Solutions department Director.

You will be the link between the purchase orders sent to suppliers and the logistics partner.

Your main tasks will be to ensure the administrative processing of sales orders and to make sure that they are complete and comply with our internal procedures. Amongst others, this includes managing, registering, and tracking orders, as well as communicating with the customers  (from order entry to delivery, billing, and payment of invoices).

Responsibilities include:

placing purchase orders and ensuring the supplier has received them.Verification of all manufacturer order confirmationsMeeting with project managers and coordination with the logistics to all project details are captured to ensure smooth running of delivery and installation.Financial closing of ordersRegister purchase ordersPrepare delivery receipts, logistics books and procurement trackers.Onsite presents for project delivery and installation to ensure projects are running smoothly where requiredUpdate statistics and team sales reportsif required, follow up on the validation of purchase orders & supplier invoicesCustomer invoicingOnboarding new suppliers and ensuring they comply to Tetris standards

Required skills

Perfect knowledge of the Office package.Good command of the English language (read, spoken, written), French is a plusThe command of Navision is a plus.Knowledge of the Furniture Industry with a minimum of 1 year experience.
