Position Summary\n

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a T&E Systems Engineer - Senior Level to support our Washington Area Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.\n

Primary Duties and Responsibilities\n\nProviding T&E expertise and support including planning, observation, and reporting.\nSupporting conduct of SE Technical Reviews for system-level and subsystem-level designs and ECPs.\nProviding engineering design analysis for automotive, human systems integration, performance, system safety, suitability, and environmental durability.\nSupport systems integration, observation of multiple integrations on platforms, and support in development of Letters of Integration.\nSupport production and manufacturing analysis and ensuring quality management and best practices are in place.\nPrepare and update technical documentation as outlined in accordance with the Defense Acquisition Guidebook and USMC SE policy and requirements., including, but not limited to, the SEP, TEMP, System Specifications, ICDs, RTMs, Functional Decompositions.\nReview technical data in accordance with ASME Y14.100 Standards as well as MIL-STD-31000 and provide technical assessments of vendor and Government test data.\nSupport technical data management and configuration management per established processes.\nWork in a collaborative and team environment, and interface Government functional leads, platform teams and lead engineers.\n \n\n

Minimum Qualifications of T&E Systems Engineer - Senior Level
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Concentration and 10+ years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.\n\nStrong experience in Test and Evaluation (T&E) of military \/ ground vehicles.\nStrong experience in Systems Engineering.\nMechanical\/automotive engineering capability and
experience is preferred.\nKnowledge\/background in military systems; ground vehicle
experience preferred.\nStrong experience in engineering analysis, Technical Data
Package (TDP) review.\nExperience is production processes and quality assurance is preferred.\nAbility to work independently and develop\/review technical
documentation with high quality and technical accuracy.\nStrong communication skills, ability to work on dynamic
team, and directly support Government Project Leads and
Engineers.\nOther Desired Skills: CAD development\/manipulation
(Solidworks\/Creo); systems integration; ; human factors engineering; operational safety; and configuration management.\n\n
