About the Job
The MSA Acceleration Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for 4 defined Acceleration MSAs, ensuring alignment with the national Brand strategy while adapting to the MSAs unique market dynamics. This role will oversee all aspects of the MSA related marketing, including development of the MSAs strategy in collaboration with the RSL, local marketing mix definition and messaging localization. Reporting to the Head of MSA Acceleration Marketing, the MSA Acceleration Marketing Lead secures consistency across all MSA strategies, collaborates with each function of the central marketing team (HCP, Consumer, Market Development, Omnichannel) as well as the functional leads of the matrix organization on defined projects.
This role is part of the MSA Acceleration Leadership Team.

Main Responsibilities:
Own the process of developing, executing, and optimizing the Acceleration Program for 4 MSAs through dedicated strategies for these MSAs in close collaboration with the respective Regional Strategic Leads (RSL), the Head of MSA Acceleration Marketing and all matrix functions.
Accountable for defining the Digital, Influencer & NPP strategy for 4 MSAs based on strong recommendations and in strong collaboration with the central marketing and communication team.
Define key localization opportunities to tailor messaging, content, and campaigns to resonate with respective MSA audiences, leveraging cultural insights and work closely with central marketing team on defined projects to develop and execute them.
Be the Marketing Business Partner for 4 Acceleration MSAs, act as a unique go-to person for all marketing related topics and link with Head of MSA Acceleration Marketing, the central marketing team and other functions for solutioning.
Gather MSA-based deep insights, consolidate feedback and prepare a clear MSA perspective to inform the national brand strategy development.
Manage relationships and coordination across Central Marketing and all functions of the matrix organization (esp. CORE, Public Affairs and Communication) to ensure all are appropriately deploying and prioritizing resourcing and engagement according to defined MSA acceleration strategies.
About you
Bachelor's degree; MBA is highly valued
7+ years professional experience with 5+ years across critical functions including HCP or Consumer focused Marketing, Market Access or similar relevant experience
Experience working in Type 1 Diabetes / Rare disease areas
Experience with leading the local strategy development, engagement plan development, insights and analytics through to plan pull-through
The ability to collaborate effectively with and in cross functional teams and achieve outcomes
Experience of external / customer interactions, market research and demonstration of complex project management
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate to audiences of varied sizes and levels, both Head office and Field
