TA Centre Process Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
The position's purpose is to develop and manage the Talent attraction and recruitment activities in close collaboration with P&C partners for the designated region(s)/cluster(s). The incumbent will lead the team of hiring professionals ensuring implementation of the best-in-class talent attraction and recruitment practices, proactively recommending relevant solutions and enhancements that address operational bottlenecks so to achieve the agreed Talent Attraction KPIs and organizational goals.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
Build a high-performing Talent Attraction Cluster team composed of Talent Attraction experts. Develop, mentor and coach the team members providing relevant guidance, onboarding as well as knowledge transfer and on-job training. Coordinate team efforts and manage team's performance against agreed performance standards. Manage team dynamics keeping team motivation, engagement and collaboration.
Service Delivery:
Ensure efficient and best in class delivery of talent advisory services to all business partners in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to improve functional processes and activities - via process elimination, standardization, simplification and automation.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize data to analyze TA KPIs and metrics providing insights. Prepare regular reporting assessing the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and practices. Monitor hiring trends and support with relevant TA / recruitment intelligence.
Communication and stakeholder management:
Collaborate effectively and build relationships with relevant stakeholders to understand needs and expectations. Foster open and clear communication.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and regulatory requirements affecting recruitment and employment in the markets where we operate to ensure best practices are followed.
Contribute to the Talent Attraction projects or improvement initiatives as per need
