Job Description

You will be part of an international and experienced HR team reporting to the Global TA Operations Manager. You will work together with specialists in the business who value and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

You will have a hybrid schedule working in Prague, Czechia.📍 🇨🇿

Your Responsibilities:Manage HR processes (Hire, Termination, Leave/Absence, Benefits, Pay Change, Contract extensions) and keep data updated in Workday, SAP, and other platforms.Facilitate background checks and prepare pre-hire administration.Drive onboarding processes for new employees.Answer employee questions on HR processes, and policies.Handle ticketing requests related to HR inquiries and provide timely resolutions.Participate in HR projects to successful implementation.Maintain employee data in compliance with local regulations.Collaborate with HR teams and partners on multiple levels.Manage benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Min. 3 years of experience in HR.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or similar.Fluent in English (verbal and writing) and knowledge of Czech labor law.Work quality, with a dedicated focus on details and able to work well with deadlines

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Fluency in both Czech and English.Experience with Workday HRIS system and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Enthusiastic and optimistic attitude.Attention to service to support global partners.Curious and continuous improvement mindset.Motivated, independent and we-thinkingWhat We Offer:
