The Opportunity:
Looking for candidates with ongoing career break of 10 months or more.
2 - 4 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role. Knowledge of staffing trends and best practices. Collaborate with recruiter & Hiring Managers to schedule interviews. Providing interview feedback to candidates. Preparation of cost estimation form for relocation candidates. Preparation of offer letter for selected candidates. Taking care of all documents related to joining of the candidates. Initiating Emp ID in the system and background verification Maintaining data timely in trackers. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
