**Position based at Mexico City Office**
Position summary:
The TA Recruiting Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in an efficient way. The role will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Recruiting team, with the objective of efficiently and successfully coordinating various internal recruiting functions.
The Recruiting Coordinator may support the recruiting process.
Act as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers during the hiring process Assist recruiters (up to 4) with recruiting initiatives (e.g., department open houses, social media outreach, etc.) Produce status recruiting reports on a weekly basis. The recruiting coordinator will be expected to follow all policy and processes within TA and HR Builds and implements sourcing strategy. Understands and executes current trends and best practices in sourcing and talent attraction. Builds talent pipelines from various platforms such as social media, job boards, niche sites, open web, and other similar platforms to implement sourcing strategy. Creates candidate pipeline ahead of need and real time. Leverages proprietary pipelines of candidates through our ATS and CRM. Collaborates with recruiters to develop market strategy, pipeline candidates, provide insights, and share competitive intelligence. Provides support of inbound sourcing (candidate / req management) as needed. Meets operational business goals and KPI’s. Assist recruiters (up to 4) with recruiting initiatives (e.g., department open houses, social media outreach, etc.) The recruiting coordinator will be expected to follow all policy and processes within TA and HR
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative role Experience in dealing with executives and employees at all levels of the organization preferred
Skills and Competencies:
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS preferred Excellent customer service experience and the ability to be responsive on a consistent basis Must be a team player Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workflow Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the business Good working knowledge in recruitment strategies and talent pool management Must be tactful, resolute, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Must have a flexible approach to change, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and looks to the future. Strong written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate
