Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist | MAF LifeStyle | Human Capital
ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist will oversee and drive the talent acquisition strategies and operations for Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle. The Talent Acquistion will also be accountable for ensuring a positive candidate experience across all touch points of the recruitment process as well as working closely with the Hiring Manager and Human Capital team to ensure recruitment effectiveness.
ROLE PROFILE
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.Maintain best practices in recruitment compliance and identify alternative recruitment methods to target, attract and maintain a highly skilled and diversified applicant pool.Highlight any areas causing delays and difficulties with the recruitment process and suggestions to address them.Work closely with Associates to maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and applicant files on SuccessFactors (ATS).Ensure a continuous supply of high quality candidates through effective and timely recruitment.Providing courteous and effective responses to internal as well as external customers.Integrate diversity strategy, policies and principles into all recruitment activities.Manage offer process to ensure Approval-to-Hire, offer letter creation, and pre-onboarding requirements are met.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field is preferred3 - 5 years of experience.Experience with applicant tracking systems.Retail background is preferred.
