Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead
Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you’ll work 2 days in the office, 3 days a week from home.

As a Global Team Lead, you’ll get to:
Develop creative sourcing techniques and strategies that align with our global talent acquisition goals Proactively source and engage with passive candidates from diverse background to build a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Work with recruiters across multiple countries to understand the unique needs they have and develop approaches to provide a high level of sourcing support. Screen and assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions, considering cultural fit and language proficiency for global roles Provide leadership and mentorship to the global sourcing team to ensure they are using the latest techniques and are meeting their goals Ensure balanced workload across sourcing teammates, and that key KPI’s are achieved by all team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations in different regions.
We’re looking for a Global Team Lead with:
12+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition in both sourcing, recruiting, and leadership roles Proven track record working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment sourcing hard to find candidates Ability to work against tight timelines with a high sense of urgency Strong communication skills – written and verbal Proven experience with managing multiple tasks at the same time Strong MS office skills Previous ATS experience
