ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION: 

Effectively deal the game of Blackjack to our guests with an unmatched gaming experience in a friendly environment in alignment with the mission, objectives, policies and procedures of Grand Casino, and in full accordance with all Federal, State and Tribal gaming regulation.

COMPETENCIES:

18 Years of Age Must be able to obtain license from Gaming Regulatory Authority, and follow all relevant rules, or laws required by law or policy.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:​

Table Games dealing must participate in a Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures Table Games Dealer Training program. Must pass an internal proficiency audition proving competence in dealing skills and procedures.

Position Details

We are looking for part-time Blackjack Dealers.

Class Details

This is a two week (80 hour) course for new dealers and 40 hour course for experienced dealers that is PAID, and will provide you with the knowledge to become a successful blackjack dealer.Candidates must pass an audition at the end of class in order to be eligible for the $500 sign-on bonus and a Table Games Dealer position.
