Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Table Games Shift Manager to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As the Table Games Shift Manager you will oversee the daily operations of our casino's table games department. PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 - $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youAt least 4 years of full-time gaming floor supervisory or management experience is required. Supervisory experience in several types of table games (blackjack, roulette, craps and poker).Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.Effective oral and written communications skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.No degree required.
Physical requirementsAbility to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time.Manual dexterity to lean and bend at the waist or neck; frequent upper and lower arm reaching.Ability to use hands and fingers to carry out job duties.
