 The Table Games Training Supervisor is responsible for providing training support, instruction, and learning opportunities by assisting with the preparation, presentation, facilitation, monitoring, evaluating and documenting training activities within the department.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

 Facilitating department orientation for all new hires and transfers within their respective roles (dealer, dual rate dealer, supervisor, etc.)Acting as the instructor for approved games training for both new and experienced dealers.Prepares and offers specific training programs to help team members maintain or improve job skills as approved by Human Resources, Compliance or Table Games leadership.Delivers group and/or individual instruction and training as required.Monitors and collects follow-up performance reviews to ensure consistency and obtain feedback from the Table Games Shift Managers.Responsible to prepare, update, modify training procedure manuals, SOPs, Rack Cards, guides, and course materials such as handouts, power point presentations and visual materials.Documents attendance, performance evaluations, audition results and any required or assigned administrative support.Maintains and updates the Table Games Training Calendar with the approval of The Director.Tracking and reports on required compliance training.Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills to Help You Succeed:

Must be proficient with all Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Power Point, including Bravo, Oasis, and KRONOS.Ability to analyze and interpret training needs and results.Knowledge and understanding of all casino games, operations, and current industry trends.Complete assigned duties within approved times.Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse stakeholders both in writing and speaking is required.A broad variety of tasks and deadlines require an irregular work schedule. May require extended hours across all shifts to provide training and service to all team members.May be required to cover an assigned instructor’s supervisory duties for class periods. Qualifications

Must-Haves:

Must have at least five (5) years of table games experience.Must have at least two (2) years of games training/teaching experience.Degree is preferred in a related field or equivalent work experience may be substituted.Comply with all state gaming regulations and obtain a Pennsylvania State Gaming License. Physical Requirements:

You will work in an environment where smoking, flashing lights, loud sounds, large crowds are frequent.Required to stand for long intervals and lift, up to 50lbs.
