About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a passion for driving positive social impact.You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Tableau within larger nonprofit organisations across Australia and New Zealand, selling into both existing Salesforce customers as well as net-new accounts. The successful candidate will be an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Account Executive with a challenger mindset who can help us address a significant market opportunity. Their primary responsibility will be to achieve revenue targets by engaging with nonprofit leaders, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning our data analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities within the nonprofit sector.Stay abreast of industry regulations and technological advancements that may impact nonprofit organisations.Business Development:Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers within nonprofit organisations.Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.Solution Selling:Understand the analytics challenges faced by nonprofit organisations and articulate how Salesforce’s solutions can address those challenges.Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of nonprofit organisations.Pipeline Management:Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and forecast accurately.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with business development, peer Account Executives, solution engineering teams, and implementation partners to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted content and campaigns for the nonprofit sector.
 Qualifications & ExperienceProven track record of success in Software as a Service sales, ideally with analytics software experienceUnderstanding of the nonprofit sector in Australia and New Zealand, and its unique challenges and opportunitiesAbility to generate pipeline and revenue from both install and whitespace accounts, while fostering strong client relationshipsAn active listener with strong business acumen to deeply understand our customer’s challengesStrong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approachExcellent communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Trailhead Ranger
