Responsibilities: * Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs, with a focus on Tableau-based solutions * Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents * Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents, providing constructive feedback * Collaborate effectively with other development staff to ensure quality and consistency across all projects * Participate actively in architecture, design, and code reviews to maintain high standards * Develop and maintain comprehensive operational and system-level documentation * Follow the company's software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices
