Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Tableau Developer. Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau development to join our team. This role supports our finance department but is evolving to focus more on KPIs and metrics beyond just financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Tableau, Excel, and JIRA, with the ability to create and enhance dashboards, contribute to new metrics, and provide creative reporting solutions. Responsibilities: * Tableau Developer will develop and enhance Tableau dashboards to elevate existing reports and create new visualizations from scratch * Collaborate with the team to identify and track new KPIs and metrics * Pull and analyze data primarily from JIRA and Excel to generate reports and dashboards * Assist in presenting dashboard insights to executive leadership, with the potential to eventually own the presentation process * As a Tableau Developer, you will contribute new ideas and solutions for reporting and metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement * Occasionally engage with Octane for data, though this is not a primary requirement
