Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tableau Cloud Migration Specialist to join our dynamic and international team. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating existing reports from Tableau On-premises to Tableau Cloud, collaborating with data science teams, and enhancing reporting capabilities with a modern look and feel. Main Tasks: + Migrate current developed reports from Tableau On-premises to Tableau Cloud. + Collaborate with the data science team to switch reporting data sources from Microsoft SQL Server to Microsoft Azure. + Rebuild and modernize existing reports to enhance their look and feel. + Reconfigure current reports to align with any changes in business logic during the migration process. + Develop new reports to meet evolving customer needs. + Work closely within a cross-functional, agile, international team. + Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and business intelligence. Technical Skills: + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Business Informatics, Econometrics, or a related discipline. + Strong expertise in Tableau, ideally certified as a "Tableau Certified Data Analyst" or higher. + Proven experience in the Tableau environment and familiarity with DAX functions. + At least 3 years of relevant work experience in analytical contexts (e.g., ITSM, Incident Management, Problem Management, or CMDB). + Solid understanding of cloud and on-premises storage systems, particularly MS SQL Server and Azure services. + Experience working within agile teams and proactively communicating findings. Soft Skills: + Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. + Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills. + Ability to proactively explore and share insights. + Fluent in English.
