Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform raw data into actionable insights. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:  Dashboard Development: Create and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI that effectively communicate key performance indicators and insights.  Data Integration: Connect and integrate diverse data sources (databases, APIs, flat files) into Tableau, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.  Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and data teams, including US-based collaborators, to gather and understand reporting requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications.  Optimization: Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability while maintaining user-friendliness.  Data Governance: Implement and maintain data governance standards to ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.  Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to end users on how to interact with dashboards and derive insights. Skills and Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.  Experience: o Proven experience (3+ years) in translating complex stakeholder requirements into visually compelling dashboards using Tableau. o Hands-on experience with SQL and database management systems. o Familiarity with ETL processes, including experience using Snowflake, and data modeling concepts.  Technical Skills: o Proficiency in creating complex calculations, measures, and custom visuals in Tableau. Experience with Power BI is a plus. o Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server Integration Services, or similar). o Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.  Soft Skills: o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
