Drive technical support cases to timely and effective resolution, ensuring high levels of customer happiness and minimal business disruption. Assist customers in recovering their network environments by applying deep technical expertise and industry standard methodologies. Provide remote support with clear, timely, and professional communication throughout all stages of the case lifecycle. Maintain active communication with customers, ensuring regular updates and timely responses in line with service expectations.The Technical Consulting Engineer is a hybrid position. Candidates should reside in Mexico and plan to be able to work from the Mexico City office.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong fix and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an engineering-related role. Understanding operating systems and their functionalities.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer systems, Networking, Mechatronics, or a related field. Solid understanding of Linux and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies, such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
