A Tactical Buyer plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of an organization by handling various administrative tasks. They meticulously analyze data from diverse sources, preparing insightful reports that enable informed decision-making.

The Tactical Buyer with French and English is responsible for: 

\n\n Preparing detailed reports by analyzing data from multiple sources; \n Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to the specific requirements of clients, with a particular focus on turnaround time;\n Carrying out instructions provided by higher-level superiors to contribute to the development of short-term company strategies, while adhering to legal limits;\n Building and cultivating relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and other third parties;\n Ensuring effective communication and transparency of reports to superiors in the hierarchy;\n Facilitating and coordinating client-imposed processes and procedures.\n\n

The ideal candidate:

\n\n Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);\n Advanced French and English language skills (B2 upwards);\n Strong organizational abilities, including prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines;\n Quick learner for in-house and client software;\n Effective communication and customer relationship skills;\n Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated for personal development;\n Team player with the ability to prioritize and work within deadlines.\n\n
