Job Description:

This position will support the Strategic Sourcing Team through analytics, supplier setup, collaborating with external suppliers on pricing and providing a comprehensive analysis of new item costing.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in business, supply, procurement or a related fieldFluent in EnglishA tech-savvy and process optimization background, with a strong desire to learn. We will consider a background in digital tools (Power Automate, Excel VBA, etc.) as a differential.Must be a team player who executes with a sense of urgency.Procurement experience and good stakeholder management skills.Previous contracting experience is preferable but not required for the right candidate

What will be your key responsibilities?

Support Sourcing Managers In strategy development through analytics, benchmarking & RFX eventsPoint of contact to manage preliminary costing on External Manufacturing and Activity Management costing submissions to project teamsSupport P2P transactional process (Invoice resolution, Vendor setup, Materials workflow, contracts, legal contracts)Provide support to key stakeholders (buyers, site, inbound)Be an extended member of the North American Strategic Sourcing Team
