Position Overview:

As a Tainan Living Team Engineer, you will have the outstanding opportunity to craft and maintain a world-class living environment for our employees. This role demands a proven ability to manage transportation, dormitory, and canteen services with precision and care.

Responsibilities:Successfully implement and coordinate transportation logistics, ensuring flawless and efficient employee commutes.Manage dormitory facilities to build a comfortable and encouraging living environment.Supervise canteen operations to provide nutritious and delicious meals, adhering to strict quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve services and address any issues promptly.Determine and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall living experience for our employees.Strictly meet RBA, ISO, or other audit plan requirements.Develop and control budget plans effectively.Serve as a backup for general affair functions and facility service team tasks.Qualifications & Skills:Outstanding organizational and project management skills with an ambitious drive for excellence.Proven experience in managing hospitality services, including transportation, accommodation, and food services.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the food/hospitality industry.Demonstrated success in managing large-scale living facilities and services.
