Responsibilities:Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for both new and existing products.Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce high-quality products at minimal costs.Act as a liaison with engineering to facilitate the release of new products.Develop systems to maintain comprehensive reports and record-keeping for company products.Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation and foster a collaborative work environment.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with equivalent experience.Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in manufacturing engineering.Strong leadership and team management skills.Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities.Proficiency in manufacturing process development and improvement.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.Experience in the semiconductor industry.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.Proven track record of successfully implementing manufacturing solutions.Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.At Micron, we are dedicated to encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment where every team member is empowered to reach their full potential.
