Reporting into the Regional Head of Marine and Country CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of our marine operations, including sales, marketing and business development, while ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy. This role demands a visionary leader with a robust understanding of the shipping industry and insurance trends of both Local and International Markets. 

The Requirements:

You need to be a creative and have the desire to succeed in a competitive business environment. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the marine industry. Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets. In-depth understanding of market trends and movements within the marine sector. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills being able to work well in with local and international teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver financial results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Good command of English communication
