Job Summary
Join our Take Back team to manage EPR (Extended producer responsibility) and Take Back Volunteer program requirements, focusing on project management and process automation. Ideal candidates should understand business principles, IT basics, and be eager to learn and grow.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills in data management and process improvement and automation.
The Graduate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Responsibilities:
Project Support:
Manage and implement Take Back projects using Agile methodology.Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of tasks.Review and evaluate project designs to ensure compliance with standards.Process optimization
Lead and participate with the Program Manager and the rest of the Global team in process improvement initiatives.Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year Degree in Business administration, Engineering, Operations management or equivalent.Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.Knowledge & Skills
