Takeoff Specialist
**Position Purpose:** Individual contributor responsible for managing daily blueprint takeoff activities, project management, and support of takeoff capabilities for OSS field partners in a Pro market. Responsible for complex strategic projects that support an outside sales portfolio that crosses over multiple merchandizing departments. **Key Responsibilities:** + 70% - Delivery and Execution - Project manage all aspects of the exterior jobs requested from the blueprint takeoff. Partner across THD teams and suppliers to fully support the total project scope. Prepare for and conduct customer blueprint takeoff pre-call meetings. Follow-up with takeoff supplier, internal quoting teams, and others to meet SLAs specific to the customer project for on time execution. + 10% - Planning - Participate in project prioritization, preparation, and planning. + 20% - Team and Stakeholder Management - Partner with internal teams to improve product offerings, services, and needs that support the takeoff business. Attend team meetings and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners for strategic alignment. Partner and support market leaders for training needs, performance updates, and feedback **Direct Manager/Direct Reports:** + This Position typically reports to the HDQC Manager Takeoffs + This Position has up to 8 Direct Reports **Travel Requirements:** + Travel between locations required **Physical Requirements:** + Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds). **Working Conditions:** + Located in a comfortable indoor area.
