About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring efforts across key functions in our organization. You will play a key role in attracting high-calibre tech talent by designing impactful sourcing strategies, building strong networks in the tech ecosystem, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality outcomes.Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet hiring needs across technology functions.While technology roles will be the main focus, also support recruitment for non-tech or smaller business functions as needed.Partner with Hiring Managers to align role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection processes.Use a variety of sourcing methods (e.g. LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting) to build strong pipelines.Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communications.Collaborate with HRBPs and Rewards to propose competitive offers and close top candidates.Manage the coordination of interview scheduling, background checks, assessment tools, and onboarding activities for new hires.Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and data to support planning and decision-making.Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools, including ATS and sourcing platforms.Ensure adherence to recruitment standards, processes, and procedures in line with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements.Stay updated on market trends, competitor practices, and evolving tech talent movements.Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.6-8 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within in-house or RPO environments.Proven experience hiring for a wide range of IT functions (e.g., software engineering, data, cybersecurity).Skilled in sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and direct headhunting.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus.Able to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
