Summary: Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life cycle recruiting and support staffing needs for government sector proposals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience with HCM tools, particularly Workday
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS tools
Proven track record in government sector talent sourcing
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends
Experience in behavioral interviews and candidate assessment
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Responsibilities:
Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
Collaborate with proposal teams on staffing requirements and timelines
Implement incumbent capture strategies for large proposals
Maintain comprehensive staffing tracker for active proposals
Develop recruitment strategies using social media and networks
Pay: 28-33

Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
