Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend best recruitment practices Conduct onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization Coordinate with various departments, Business units to facilitate training and orientation for new employees Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and stay updated on industry trends to optimize recruitment efforts Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations throughout the hiring process Enhance the employer brand through engaging candidate communications and positive recruitment experiences Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition.Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience : 12-17 Years
