Key Responsibilities:as Talent Acquisition Administrator (Bilingual Spanish) at dnata catering in Brisbane, CA The role will involve 50% recruiting/talent acquisition, 40% Employee Training, and 10% HR admin task. The responsibilities include assisting and administering recruiting strategies, collaborating with department managers, attracting candidates, conducting interviews, assessing applicants' skills and experience, provide Unit General Manager with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work well independently in a high volume fast paced environment and within a team, maintain confidentiality and trust, and be highly adept with electronic file-keeping.

ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overseeing the hiring needs of the unit and ensuring all positions are hired within the targeted KPI metric.Works closely with the corporate recruitment department to development and administration of human resource recruiting programs, procedures, plans, and guidelines to help align staffing with the strategic goals of the organization.Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for the unit.Responsible for delivering onboarding and meeting all pre- and post-employment requirements such as employment paperwork, employee badges, uniform, process E-Verify.Recruit direct line hospitality positions within a manufacturing setting and having strategic, consultative conversations with hourly and mid to senior level candidates.Attracting suitable candidates through the iCIMS databases, online employment Job broads, social media, etc.Ensure hiring managers are completing the 30-60-90 probationary review forms for all new hires.Responsible for annual trainings and/or as needed, i.e., training documents, matrix etc.Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of talent requirements.Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.Assisting the HR department when needed.Assisting the unit General Manager with administrative tasks when needed.Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.External Relationships

QualificationsEDUCATION: Associate degree in human resources plus 2 + years of progressive recruiting experience where sourcing is required, with at least two years within hospitality or manufacturing.
