Key Responsibilities:
You will support full life cycle recruitment and be responsible for ensuring a seamless Hiring Manager and Candidate experience Lead the creation of a recruitment and interviewing plans primarily in central Europe (focus is on Germany and Austria)Partner with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique market needs and challenges and review effectiveness of recruitment plansStrategic Talent Mapping, deploy advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent. Develop comprehensive talent strategies that align with complex business growth objectivesPreparation of contract offers in cooperation with hiring manager and local HR Communication of offers to candidates, negotiation of offers if applicableClose cooperation with internal interfaces (work council, Hiring Managers and Hiring BUs, HRBP ) as well as with external interfaces (external staffing agencies, institutions, universities) Prepare appropriate reporting on recruitment activities and recruitment metrics, as needed Participate in Talent Acquisition Projects and Continuous Improvements activities and own some of the deliverablesEducation and Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related/relevant work experienceDemonstrated ability to work as a high-performing recruiter, working in a corporate setting in a high-growth and/or fast-paced environmentSenior Recruiting experience and a person who thrives in dynamic environmentsPrior recruiting experience in the technology, engineering or IT industry with a strong understanding of the European talent marketStrong knowledge of German labour law, in particular of the relevant aspects and interfaces to hiring activitiesFluent in German, and English , other European Language an advantageExperienced user of MS office , Experience in Workday Recruiting or other ATS is advantageousThis role is based in Dresden and requires working from the office five days a weekProven experience partnering and building positive relationships with candidates, managers, team members, and other stakeholdersAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlinesHighly organized, with a focus on delivering business resultsAbility to travel if required (10 -20%)QualificationsEducation:
