Noble Corporation is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Advisor at our Gdasnk Office. This position will interview, test and hire applicants to fill corporate vacancies throughout the Company with a focus on the Offshore vacancies/openings. Requires knowledge of company personnel policies and procedures as well as laws regarding employment practices, skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all corporate functions, and an understanding of the organizational structure within the Company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain an adequate source of personnel to fill the staffing requirements for rigs and ships.Interface with department heads and managers to determine staffing requirements, job descriptions, and coordinating interviewsDirect recruiting campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, job fairs, etc.)Maintain job postings on Workday and appropriate online job boardsRecruit from within the CompanyWork with on-campus placement offices as requiredWork with corporate outplacement services and placement agenciesOversee/assist in the selection process by reviewing resumes, testing applicants, and conducting personal interviews that include the department head or designeeWork with the Learning and Development department in selecting quality recruits for openingsMaintain records and files necessary to perform job dutiesOther duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS
College Degree in Human Resources or related plus three years relevant recruiting or HR Generalist experience, OR Any similar combination of relevant experience and education to total seven yearsOffshore/Oil & Gas industry is preferred.Familiarity with appropriate computer software, including Microsoft Suite applicationsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenTravel is an essential job function (approximately 10%, domestic)SUPERVISORY
