**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Screening resumes
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
3. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
4. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
5. Administering appropriate company assessments
6. Performing reference and background checks
7. Making recommendations to company hiring managers
8. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
9. Following up on the interview process status
10. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
11. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
12. Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
13. Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
14. Completing timely reports on employment activity
15. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
16. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
17. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
18. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
19. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
20. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work.”

Total Experience in years: 8 - 12 years’ experience
Graduation/ Degree: Graduate
Post-Graduation/ PGDM: MBA / PGDM
