Talent Acquisition Analyst

Summary 

Coordinate and lead recruitment activities with a focus on Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, Data Analytics and Retention Initiatives.

 Assist in the preparation and execution of recruitment strategies for the site and review performance against plan. Build and maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline possessing key talent potentially available for immediate hiring and for succession planning. Responsible for creating, monitoring and auditing various recruitment reports and report results and discrepancies to management. Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and bring efficient and effective changes for better performance. Support the full lifecycle recruitment process. 

Essential Duties &Responsibilities 

Recruiting Operations: 
Provide candidate pipeline as a result of the effective coordination with the hiring manager and introduce process improvements. 
Administer appropriate adjustments to plan in order to provide the site or multiple locations with required manpower labor in a timely manner. 
Assist in the preparation and execution of recruitment strategies for the site and review performance against plan. 

 
Analytics: 
Receive and monitor job applications from external sources to respective recruitment point of contact. 
Lead /manage complex projects. 
Understand the business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific reports requirements. 
Introduce innovative ideas in the report generation that will assist in making a sound business decision. 
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement. 
Interface regularly with management to understand potential concerns and be able to provide solutions. 
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties. 
Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

Education: 
• Minimum of 2 years university and 2 years work experience or 4 year College Graduate or Bachelors’ Degree 

Experience: 
• Two years of experience required and three to five years related experience preferred. 

• Handled Recruitment/hiring for a minimum of 5 years (BPO Corporate/Volume Recruitment would be an advantage) 
• Previous work experience – BPO stakeholder management (Operations/Training/Workforce/Client Services) 
• TA Lead/Management experience would be an advantage 
• Amenable to work onsite / Hybrid
