Talent Acquisition Analyst

Your Impact
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Analyst, Executive supports the Director of Executive Recruiting to ensure a remarkable candidate and client experience by providing professional service and support to the executive recruiting function and executive candidates. This role works closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and executive- talent by coordinating interviews and managing the logistics of onboarding new executives. This role requires a high of presence, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to keep sensitive information confidential.

What you will do

Coordinates high-volume hiring process logistics including, but not limited to: scheduling interviews, developing and managing onboarding processProduces data and reporting to be delivered to business leadersResponsible for managing the interview scheduling process and administering and monitoring the pre-employment processResponsible for ensuring a remarkable candidate and client experience by providing responsive, high quality, and professional service and support to the Executive Recruiting function.Responsible for handling a high volume of work that is confidential in nature and requires an impeccable eye for detailPursues self-development and effective relationships with others by organizing resources and information, openly sharing information and knowledge with co-workers and customers, seeking performance feedback, adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.Manage invoice process for Vendor Expenses.Review and analyze current processes to develop/implement functional improvements.Escalate issues and propose solutions as appropriate.Manage special initiatives and projects within Executive RecruitingIndividual Contributor

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Business or related field3-5 Years related Human Resources or Talent Acquisition work.Previous experience in a staffing function required, preferably for a large retail company.

Preferred Qualifications:

Equivalent education, training, & experience required; professional certification desirable.Experience with service providers (Recruiting process outsourcing experience preferred).1-2 Years 2 years of experience in project coordination or proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing tasks
