LOCATION: Midland - Texas  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES 

 

This position will involve reaching out to potential candidates for staffing purposes. Ensuring compliance is met by I9 verification, background checks, and credentialing. This is an on-site position.

What does a day-to-day look like in this role?

On-boarding I9s/ E- Verify Backgrounds Interviewing (phone screening & setting up in person) Microsoft Teams updates/ Excel Follow up with candidates in regards to backgrounds/I9s Assist with on-boarding Assist with the paper work and paper uploads Work closely with the team
