Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent acquisition professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for working with business to understand the hiring needs, sourcing profiles basis the requirements using various platforms, scheduling, coordinating and conducting interviews. As a talent acquisition professional, you are expected to thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas
What You Will Do:
Develop the recruitment strategy along with business & accordingly implement the sourcing strategy Handling end to end recruitment – Sourcing, Scheduling multiple levels of interviews, Offer release, Onboarding and identify back up candidates Plan & execute for branding of ALTAIR on social media - company awareness, marketing open roles etc.. Encourage employee referral & internal mobility Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency As a HR generalist, support in creation and updation of profile in HRMS and support in smooth exit process.
