Our client is a high-growth, cutting-edge global SaaS company. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist for a full-time temporary position for about 8 months.
Requirements:
3+ years experience as in-house Talent Acquisition in a software company Demonstrated experience with full-cycle global recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers Partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, helping to create and implement strategies for candidate outreach Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and HR administration tasks as needed Guide employees on HR-related matters
