About the Role
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates. Liaise with the leadership of designated department to understand people challenges, needs and solutions.Talent Acquisition and Employer branding:
Developing resourcing strategies to attract top talents
Ensure the delivery and quality of headcount requirements
Talent Acquisition Data & Insights
Recruitment budget management
Drive Talent Branding calendar and execution
LinkedIn Recruiter and career page management
Business Partnering:
Provide coaching to line managers in relations to the team management and people related issues.
Act as a sounding board to employees and line managers to address pain-point, thereby promoting employee well-being and engagement.
Design effective departmental organization structure that support the delivery of business priorities and aspirations.
Coach and support line manager in managing difficult conversation and/or performance issues.
Execute employee engagement roadmap to build better sense of belonging
Deliver employee engagement activities and initiatives according to plan
Work closely with the management team to deliver the best people solutions for employee retention and development
Work across business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level
