We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant Supervisor to join our HR team in Istanbul. The individual will directly report to Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead. Responsibilities Manage the hiring process for frontline roles and intern roles for PepsiCo Turkey Acquire an understanding of job requisition/description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers Provide feedback to candidates during all stages of the process Prepare any necessary documentation in line with the recruitment process Qualifications Bachelor's degree Fluency in English and Turkish Prior experience working for a recruitment agency or in-house experience at large multinational company for at least 2 years, preferably experience in bulk recruitment MS Office Program knowledge Strong stakeholder management and collaboration within the HR team Having strong learning agility and customer focus
