Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities

Identify problems, collects data, establish facts, and able to conclude the fitness of the candidate.

Source and interview candidates for IT/BPO/Shared Service corporate positions.

Assist in the gathering of data that are needed in the preparation of various recruitment reports.

Identifies and resolves reporting issues proactively but immediately informs the direct supervisor of any hot issues.

Able to provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes.

Provide administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder

At least 1 year of experience in volume/corporate hiring (leadership hiring is an advantage)

BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.

Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Learn and apply basic skills appropriate for the position.

Duties and tasks are standardized.

Work under direct supervision with very structured guidance regarding standard processes and procedures.
