We are looking for will-driven and dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate who will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Associate will assist with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed. Responsibilities Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. Conduct phone screen and remote interviews with applicants. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications. Endorses successful applicants to the next stage accordingly and actively engage the candidates to be online and prompt for the next assessments. Completes administrative work at the end of shift. Update all trackers including applicant tracking system. Qualifications At least 6 months to 1 year Recruitment Experience in BPO/call center particularly with corporate hiring. Fast learner, team player and self governed. Can work in a fast paced environment and can multi-task. Meticulous attitude and very keen to details Good people skills. Resilient and with good mental fortitude. Knowledge with applicant experience is an advantage. Experience in conducting Behavioral Interviews is a plus. Has the ability to ask the right questions and with good probing skills. Experience in using Google Suite is a plus - google sheets and documents is prefered.
