Talent Acquisition Associate
Talent Acquisition Associate - Boston Office   About the Opportunity:  POAH Communities is seeking a self-driven, organized, customer-service oriented Boston-based Talent Acquisition Associate to provide recruitment coordination for a dedicated portfolio of properties. This role will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and screening applicants while guiding hiring managers and candidates through our recruitment process. This role is based in our Downtown Boston office and reports to the Director of HR. We are currently on a hybrid schedule which allows up to three days working from home each week. 
Responsibilities Coordinate the recruitment process for a dedicated region of properties/corporate offices Manage and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), currently Paycor Meet with hiring managers to determine staffing need and qualifications sought in potential candidates Develop job postings that appeal to the target audience Review resumes, conduct phone-screen, schedule interviews, and provide assistance to hiring managers in determining appropriate candidates Create hiring manager resources/trainings and train employees accordingly Assist with tasks related to sourcing candidates, including coordinating job fair attendance, identifying new job boards, posting open positions, and working with vendors and agencies Coordinate and manage the pre-employment authorization process (background check, drug test/screening, etc.) Circulate new hire and agency temp information to relevant departments for system access initiation and equipment needs Assist with research, special projects, and reporting related to recruitment
Qualifications At least one year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or related field. College degree preferred, especially in HR, business, or related field Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) or similar Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Periodic overtime may be required
