Bruker India is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. This position is based in Bengaluru, India.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for Bruker India’s and/or other locations’ current and future growth and hiring needs.

Partnering: Collaborate with the local HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) as part of the TA APAC team. Sourcing: Using various channels such as referrals, social media and professional networks, Applicant Tracking System to source for potential candidates. Interviewing: Planning interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Partner with hiring managers and coordinate with candidates’ interviews Onboarding: Ensuring new hires are onboarded smoothly Collaborating: Working with hiring managers and cross functional departments to ensure a efficient recruitment process Promoting the company's brand: Using recruitment initiatives and events to promote the company's brand. Eg. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsPositive hiring manager and candidate experience: Providing a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment processExecuting recruitment projects: Partnering with HR/Talent Acquisition team to roll out local talent acquisition projects Support local HR activities Any other ad-hoc TA/HR duties

BSc in Human Resources Management, Business or relevant fieldMinimum 2-3 years proven work experience in a Talent Acquisition function or similar roleFamiliarity with social media, resume databases and professional network. E.g. LinkedInHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
