Talent Acquisition Associate
**Acquisition Associate** position. + **$** **29.86/hr** + **Onsite** + **Shift: M-TH on-site; Fridays remote** + **Temp** **Description:** **Note:** This position sits on-site Monday to Thursday; Fridays are remote. This is a pet-friendly environment; candidates need to be comfortable working around animals. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will partner with hiring managers and be responsible for executing recruitment strategies. You will provide exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates alike, communicating regularly and providing updates. **Job Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute recruiting strategies. + Conduct planning meetings, resume screening, interviews, and manage offers. + Recruit through various channels (databases, search engines, referrals, etc.). + Review resumes and conduct phone interviews. + Provide exceptional customer service. + Use data to inform strategies and build Talent Pipelines. + Ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC requirements. + Participate in project work as required. + **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience OR + High School Diploma and 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience **Other:** + 1+ years’ experience recruiting (assessment/interviewing) or sourcing candidates preferred + 1+ years conducting business, project-related, or competitive intelligence research preferred **Pay Details:** $29.00 to $29.86 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
