Eaton is seeking a **Talent Acquisition Associate Analyst** based in **Tanauan, Batangas** . Your goal is to evaluate their basic and preferred qualifications. • **Liaison with Recruiters:** You’ll collaborate with salary banded recruiters in North America. This involves recommending top candidates and scheduling interviews if needed. • **System Support:** Assist applicants with ATS password resets, accepting offers, and addressing system-related issues. **Work Schedule** : Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM) Monday to Friday. **Location** : Must be based in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park). **Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience. **Skills:** • **Communication** : Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). • **Tech Savvy:** Ability to use various technology platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems, external recruitment boards, CRMs, and Microsoft Suite. • **Professionalism** : Proven ability to maintain professionalism, flexibility, and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. • **Organization** : Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. **Yes!
