Eaton is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate Analyst based in Tanauan, Batangas. What you’ll do:
•    Phone Screening Candidates: You’ll conduct phone screenings with candidates, using a standard questionnaire template and ensure the template is correctly loaded into SuccessFactors/Eightfold. Your goal is to evaluate their basic and preferred qualifications.
•    Liaison with Recruiters: You’ll collaborate with salary banded recruiters in North America. This involves recommending top candidates and scheduling interviews if needed.
•    System Support: Assist applicants with ATS password resets, accepting offers, and addressing system-related issues.

 

Work Schedule: Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM) Monday to Friday.

Location: Must be based in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).

 

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
•    Minimum 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
 

Skills:

•    Communication: Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
•    Tech Savvy: Ability to use various technology platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems, external recruitment boards, CRMs, and Microsoft Suite.
•    Professionalism: Proven ability to maintain professionalism, flexibility, and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
•    Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
